Box Office Survey

Dear Patron of the BCT Box Office,

Over the last year the BCT Box Office has undergone major changes. We changed our name to reflect our location and, more significantly, we changed our physical appearance to better serve the public and to blend in with our wonderful and historic venue. We want to continue to improve our service to respond to the ever-expanding cultural landscape of Bloomington and the needs of our patrons.

Your opinion is critical to this process. You, as a return customer to the Bloomington arts scene, know better than anyone what the BCT Box Office needs to serve you most effectively and efficiently. In a few weeks our staff will ask you to answer three questions, online, when you call in, or in person. We hope you will help us by providing us with your time, answers and insight.

Many thanks, and see you soon at the Buskirk-Chumley Theater!
