Bloom Box Office & Gift Shop

Attached to the Buskirk-Chumley Theater, the Bloom Box Office offers tickets to events at the BCT and venues across the community, from The Warehouse to the Waldron Arts Center to the Monroe County Fairgrounds.

Hours of Operation

Tuesday – Friday, 11 am – 5pm
Saturday, 12 pm – 5pm

Closed on Monday & Sunday unless there is a ticketed event at the BCT; in which case we will be open 2 hours before the event and 30 minutes after the event starts.

On evenings with a performance at the Buskirk-Chumley Theater, our Bloom Box Office & Gift Shop stays open until 30 minutes after the performance’s start time.

Whether you need help making a purchase, are picking up tickets, or are looking to use the Bloom Box Office to ticket your next event, you can’t go wrong with their unparalleled commitment to customer service and the guest experience.

Purchasing Tickets

We offer three convenient ways to order tickets:

The Bloom Box Office & Gift Shop accepts cash, check (with valid ID), and all major credit cards.

Please be aware that there are no refunds or exchanges for ticket purchases made through the Bloom Box Office. If a show has more than one performance, however, we are happy to move your tickets from one performance to another at no charge. We can also move tickets within the theater if you need to change your seat.

Delivery Methods

Once purchased, tickets & your receipt will be emailed directly to you as an e-ticket. You can either print these tickets at home and bring them with you to the show, or simply pull open your email once you arrive so that our ushers can scan the bar code(s).

You can also opt to have your tickets placed in Will-Call. Will-call tickets can be picked up at the Bloom Box Office & Gift Shop within a few hours of purchase (during business hours) or immediately before the event. We encourage patrons to collect their tickets in advance to avoid lines that may form prior to a show. Please plan to present your photo ID or a receipt of your purchase.

For events not at the Buskirk-Chumley Theater, tickets are available for pickup at the Bloom Box Office until a few hours prior to the event. Tickets remaining in Will-Call at that point will be available at the door of the venue prior to the event. Check the specific event description or your receipt for specific instructions.

Tickets cannot be mailed.
